Every aspect of our production is controlled by MRP/ERP systems. All capacity is evaluated daily by the MRP system as well as management personnel for any required adjustments. Capacity planning is conducted by machine and is based on orders entered into the MRP system as well as customer estimated build rates.

Risk Mitigation: Machine Duplication
One-way risk is mitigated at Five Axis Industries is duplicate machines throughout all aspects of the manufacturing process. In addition, our cross trained employees can move throughout the facility based on need. Risk is reviewed and assessed from raw material, cutters, machine time, outside processing, standards availability, source inspection and shipping processes.
